The hotel's location was excellent. It placed me right in the heart of everything (convenient for exploring). the staff were amiable and willing to help with any questions i had. my room was a good size, and i found the breakfast and dinner options appealing. i appreciated the quick and easy check in. It made my arrival smooth.

the stairs were quite steep, so i had to be cautious going up and down.

The location was fantastic I could walk everywhere I wanted. My room had a modern bathroom that was very clean. The staff provided a warm and helpful welcome upon my arrival.

The hotel lacks an elevator. Access to upper floors is via steep stairs.

The staff were FRIENDLY upon my arrival. The rooms are VERY clean and towels got changed daily. The hotel sits right in the centre of EVERYTHING I needed.

The stairs are steep and narrow. It was difficult for me.
